DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Effective date: August 27, 2026

The Harry Akas Music Store sells digital music downloads. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping fee will be charged.

After payment is successfully completed, the customer will receive an email containing a private link to download the purchased MP3 file. Delivery is normally immediate, although short delays may occur because of payment review, email-provider delays, or technical maintenance.

Each purchase currently allows up to five downloads. The download is licensed for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, or shared publicly.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and using a device capable of downloading and playing MP3 files.

If the download email does not arrive, please:

• Check the spam, junk, and promotions folders.

• Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

• Contact info@bedmusicgroup.com with the order number and purchaser’s name.

Do not send complete payment-card information by email. We will assist with restoring access or providing a replacement link when appropriate.
